Proceedings Western Australian Institute for Educational Research Forum 1996

WAIER offered Forum 1996 participants an option for post-conference, world wide web publication of articles. The original collection was edited by Martyn Wild and located initially at liswww.fste.ac.cowan.edu.au/wild/waier/ in August 1996. This Proceedings constituted WAIER's first use of electronic publishing. However, it was not followed up every year, until July to November 1999 when Roger Atkinson edited Proceedings for 1997, 1998 and 1999. Since 1999 the Proceedings have been prepared every year immediately or soon after each Forum.
