Susan and Jane, from the School of Education, Murdoch University, report on research into helping education leaders to explicate and use tacit knowledge within leadership programs. Drawing from research on two education leadership development programs in Western Australia, they explain how helping leaders to explicate their tacit knowledge, refine it, and use it more deliberately, can improve education leadership practice.
